Yesterday at CDigital09 in Granollers, there was this panel on mobile marketing in social media.

They showed a great service called Kyte.
It showed great potential to include into any real estate website. Streaming video has it’ s clear advantages:
- It is ubiquos, which means that anybody at any place can see this video.
- Adaptable to any situation we are in. This is quite useful for remote locations or when the client cannot arrive to the meeting, you can propose this service.
- You can personalize it, the possibility to make the streaming suit your clientele, can help you close more sales and give an outstanding service.
- Create a better experience to the persons that see your properties. Because you are maximizing their time and yours as well. There are many ways to do this….we will let you know about them.
With this in mind you can get pretty creative in your offers and this can open the doors for many possibilities in engaging your clients in their social networks.
Working with social media takes some effort, but as you can see there are many rewards in it, making your real estate listing standout and yourself as a realtor make better relationships with your clients.
